Framed Custom Embroidery Baby Scan Keepsake

Our “Personalised Baby Scan Embroidery Keepsake ” is the perfect way to eternalise your precious baby scans.

Over time the paper scans fade due to light exposure, our embroideries will not.

Hand sewn onto black cotton fabric using a copy of your baby scan, we are able to mimic the textures on the scan using a variety of shades of thread.

With over 10 years of experience within hand embroidery Jenni, the founder of Hope & Hart personally stitches each of the baby scan embroideries herself to ensure each one is perfect.

Using only the highest quality embroidery hoops, each scan takes Jenni 40+ hours to embroidery. You have the option to follow along while Jenni makes your embroidery, you will be able to watch each day as your scan comes to life. Things I need from you:

Once you have purchased a custom baby scan embroidery, (if you haven’t attached your images already) you will need to email us with an image of the scan you would like embroidered. You can reply to your order confirmation or email us via the contact page

Please note the clearer the image you provide us with the better the embroidery, it’s needed for the finer details.

This embroidery will be sent to you stretched in a beautiful beech wood embroidery hoop and backed with felt to match the wood.

This embroidery will be sent to you in a beautiful Birch effect wooden square box frame.

• Front protection: Polystyrene plastic

Once your image has been received Jenni will be in touch with you via email shortly before your embroidery is to be started, this is to confirm the template and make sure you are happy. Please make sure you use an email address you have regular access to.

Please Note:

Current processing time is 10-16 weeks from receiving your order and the ultrasound images. We aim for this to be with you a lot soon then this time frame.

If you need your embroidery sooner please select the “Need it sooner?” option in the listing. You must add your ultrasound images at the time of purchase for this to be valid. The 4weeks will start from the time the images are received.

We are currently not accepting 3D scans for embroidery.
